好乐多健康俱乐部 Wong Nutrition: Your Destination for Healthy Smoothies and Protein Treats in Flushing

I gave this place another try as we wanted something for dessert but wanted to be healthier - very glad I did because we had a great dine in experience! Ordered 2 snow nice and originally protein ice cream on ClassPass but they ran out of the ice cream so they subbed it with the waffle protein instead. Was very happy I got to try the waffle bc it's actually really good! Small place but there are some bar stools and tables for Patrons to eat. Service is also really good and accommodating so that's always a plus! I can't tell that the snow ice has Herbalife protein in it so was impressed! My grandma also liked it as did my husband and they're critical of most foods so I'd say we made a great choice. Also really liked the waffle and made me feel like I didn't fully indulge. I'm definitely going to return for a post gym treat! Love that I'm able to hit my macros with delicious treats!

Extremely friendly staff. I ordered the beauty drink and an ube protein shake to go. While I waited for them to be prepared, the owner gave me a generous sample of their protein mango icecream. It was delicious and creamy. The drinks were equally fantastic and not too sweet. I can't wait to go back!!

This place was all over my Instagram so I decided to try it out. It was a really hot day so I ordered a protein smoothie to go - added fresh blueberries, strawberries, and granola to it. It tasted good, a bit chalky like most protein powders. I honestly didn’t know what flavor (maybe vanilla?) I had cause I didn’t examine the menu (my bad). The drink was pretty good. When I paid for my drink, I entered my name and phone number onto a tablet and she entered herself as “coach”. The owner was really nice and the kids helping out were really cute. However, I didn’t know this was a Herbalife storefront (I should’ve researched, my fault) and I’m not a supporter of MLMs so I personally will not be a returning customer.

I loved my protein ice cream and bubble tea! They’re so friendly, fast service and delicious, I’ll definitely will be back again to try other things on their menu!

Wong Nutrition smoothies are the best. If you look at their menu they got really great protein shakes and smoothies and meals with the protein count labeled. It makes it easy to order. The owner is so friendly as well. She even gave my dog a whipped cream treat. I got the Mocha protein smoothie and it was so good. I love that their is a protein shop in Flushing!!! You can tell their items are made with care.

Wong Nutrition is the best! Every time I go there, I order drinks and food/snacks that are both wonderful for my health and delicious. Everyone there including the owner is very friendly, and the store has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s incredible how everything I’ve tried, including their amazing mango frozen dessert, is sugar-free! This is definitely my favorite spot for drinks, breakfast, snacks, and desserts!

I had the pleasure of stumbling across this hidden gem while staying at the Sheraton. I had a latte at my hotel and it was not very good I walked a block over and had one of the best coffee. I let them know that I like my coffee very very strong. This nutrition club exceeded my expectations again I was in search for a good authentic cup of coffee. I had the most delicious ice cream also while I was there. The ice cream was served in a waffle cone and topped with fresh mango. The consistency was silky, luscious and very classic custard. To my surprise the ice cream and coffee was also very healthy. The decor is super cute and the wall mural is of a butterfly so it was great that I was able to also get a photo opportunity for my Instagram. The baristas/workers were very knowledgeable, sweet and did I mention they make such amazing coffee and ice cream. All of the dessert there are healthy, no calories or milk and they manage to make delicious healthy treats such as ice cream, boba, smoothies, everything. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quick dessert, great spot :)
